Books: amazon.co.uk (UK), amazon.com (USA), amazon.fr (France) - needless to say, here you find any books and DVD's you ever wanted. And you can have your Wish List online, so your friends will be able to know what your next present may be (hopefully!) and you will be able to "control" your purchases. Fast delivery, good prices. We order from the UK, US and France sites and it's always the same excellent standard.

Gifts: Jun-Gifts (Japan) - great selection of Japanese goods, including Origami paper, geta sandals, kimono and yukata, manekineko and tons of lovely ornaments for the house. (You can see the pics of our Manekineko and geta in the Manekineko link). The selection of washi dolls is amazing, and I expect to order some very soon! The service is excellent and Junya - the lovely guy behind JUN - is great to deal with. JUN-Gifts ship everywhere, via airmail, and it's very, very fast. My last order took only 2 business days, all the way from Japan - I could not believe it!

Japanese Food: Mount Fuji (UK) - if you love Japanese Food and Green Tea that is 100% Green Tea (not a mix of black and green leaves), then visit Mount Fuji. Green Tea jelly and yokan, as well as noodles and other lovely stuff (Japanese pancake mix, for example). They are now reorganising their Shipping/Delivery contracts, so I am sure it will be even better. Service is very good and John is very helpful with your requests.

Scents:

• First-in-Fragrance (Germany) - an extensive selection of rare and different scents: Diptyque, L'Artisan, Caron, Patricia de Nicolai and Lorenzo Villoresi being my favourites. You will also find Penhaligon's, La Maison de la Vanille, People of the Labyrinths and other awesome houses. George also stores Caudalie skincare (their OPC tablets are excellent for your skin). Every parcel sent by George is a real treat, just order and see it by yourself. You can also order sample kits, if you want to try before starting spending!
  
  
• Dragonfly Blue (USA) - unusual oils, pot-pourri, shea butter, handmade soaps and amazing incense. Lysa is the wonderful lady running Dragonfly Blue, and a gem to deal with. My favourite oils are: Celtic Woods, Nag Champa and Sappho. Their incense is fantastic and does not make you dizzy nor gives you a headache - which is great. Best incense for me is Sandalwood and also Amber, but there's still lots that I haven't tried yet!
  
  
• Les Salons du Palais Royal - Shiseido (France) - Serge Lutens is the creator of the excellent exclusive fragrances of Shiseido, along with some expert noses like Christopher Sheldrake. Expensive, but well worth it. Our favourites are: Chergui, Vétiver Oriental and Rahat Loukum. Deliver all over Europe, fast service and the parcel comes with some lovely Shiseido skincare travel-size samples as well. Phone them or simply go online, and ask for the Little Book of Perfumes, which comes with a description and some wax samples for you to try.
  
  
• PerfumeBay.com (USA) - another excellent site for buying scents, but this time a bit more of the day-by-day stuff, not that exclusive as the previous ones. However, you will find there the amazing creations of the Italian house Etro (Shaal Nur and Heliotrope among their best, in my opinion!).
